1. Overview

Commission Sales Network is a network connecting businesses with independent salespeople who earn commission on referred sales. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Commission structure

Each product carries a commission percentage set by the business. Commission Sales Network deducts a 20% platform fee from each commission. All fees are shown line-by-line at the point of display. Salesperson commissions are calculated on the full product sale price and are protected against payment processing fee deductions.

3. Merchant & Vendor Obligations (Payment Processing Fees)

Businesses and merchant vendors listing products on the platform agree to the following financial terms:

• Payment Processing Fees: Third-party payment processing fees (PayPal 3.49% + $0.49) are deducted from the merchant vendor's proceeds on every sale made through the platform, in addition to the affiliate commission.
• Non-Refundable Gateway Fees: Payment processing fees are retained directly by the payment processor (PayPal) and are strictly not refunded to the vendor in the event of customer returns, cancellations, or chargebacks.
• Universal Application: This fee structure applies to every sale processed through the platform without exception. Merchants receive net sale proceeds after affiliate commissions and actual payment processor fees.

4. Payouts

Salespeople may request payouts of their confirmed commission balance once it is above $10. Payouts are processed within 1–2 business days of admin approval. Businesses receive their net sales proceeds following standard delivery and fulfillment clearance periods.

5. Prohibited conduct

Fraudulent referrals, misrepresentation of products, and any attempt to circumvent tracking will result in account termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.
